"A weekend in Askrigg turned into a proper mini break when we arrived at Milton House. Our room was beautifully decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchenette meant that we had the flexibility of eating just when we wanted to. The welcome hamper was really generous  so we could cook anything from a full blown breakfast to a poached egg on toast! The owner, Jo, was very helpful with information about the area, and we had some fabulous walks. We will definitely be back for another visit, it was such a nice weekend. I found Milton House on one of the booking websites, but got a much better deal when I booked direct."
